RETURN POLICIES
Cardio Equipment
- Customer may return initial purchased merchandise for 100% refund within 30 days of purchase. There will be no restocking fee for merchandise returned in perfect condition. Damaged merchandise will be evaluated based on damage.
- Offer excludes used cardio equipment, one of a kind equipment and floor model/demo items.
- Delivery/pick-up/install fees will apply.
Gym Equipment
- Customer may return merchandise within 15 days of taking possession. There will be a 33% restocking fee, if in perfect condition. If damaged, merchandised will be valued based on damage.
- Delivery/pick-up/install fees will apply.
Special Orders
- There will be a 50% restocking fee or cancellation fee applied to merchandise being returned by customer.
- Delivery/pick-up/install fees will apply.
Floor Model/Demo Equipment
- All sales final, no returns.
Other Merchandise
- Customer may return merchandise for refund within 30 days of taking possession. There will be no restocking fee for merchandise returned in perfect condition and sealed in original packaging.
